You can be granted permanent residency permits in Greece for you and your family, upon purchasing a property as an individual, with a contractual value of 250.000 Euros or higher.
After seven years of continuous residency you may apply for Greek citizenship. The law which gives this right has a history of three years. Now it is not clear how to apply for the citisenship.
