Hello,
I have an intention to buy a house in Kos, since it is very close to my summerhouse in turgutries/bodrum and I love kos island. However, I was told buy a real estate in Kos that, since Dodecanese islands in the borders of Greece, as a Turkish citizen, I might not be allowed to buy a property, so I was suggested to check.
Could you please advise me on this?

Unfortunatelly third country ( non european countries ) citizens don’t have the right to own a property in areas near to borders of Greece.
Please don’t believe any person, realtor or any coorporation that says the opposite.
