The crisis in Greece began in 2008 . The apartments market prices fell by 45% on the average , with bigger price falls noticed in Athens.
The construction stopped immediatelly after 2008 and we don’t have sufficient amount of new buildings. Due to the golden visa requests there is a serious demand from Russia , China , Egypt and Turkey.
This is pressuring the markets and now the prices are not decreasing anymore . We have signs of recovery and the prices are going up.
